He always teaches the reason and the purpose behind each asana. He also mentions to give the apt pressure and not over do any pose. Besides the above my stressful business activity aggravates my anxiety level and leads to least peaceful nature of life. I have been attending the classes for a little over 3 months now. When I started, I had been very stiff and could not do much. Sir's method of teaching is paced according to the ability of the individual. This has helped me to make step-by-step advances in each of my Asanas, in a way that does not make my body too sore to handle it while at the same time improving my flexibility, stamina and postures. Guided use of strap for various postures also helps me to make a beginning to postures that require higher flexibility. My slouch has been largely corrected, with the help of Yoga practice and yoga prop, Strap. It has been a positive experience and I have now developed an eagerness towards Yoga and healthy lifestyle because of these classes.

My name is U. Raman aged 75 yrs, from Zambia now residing in Annanagar, India . I am a diabetic suffering with Parkinson's disease as well. I consulted doctors and continue to take pills. My 3 decades of corporate life has been very stressful. I was having BP.
